• Case 1- Customer used Rs 35000/- NIL charges limit against his/her utility bill payments or FASTag recharges in an year then on the anniversary date (Signup/Registration date) this limit will automatically change to Rs 50000/-

• Case 2- Customer used Rs 50000/- NIL charges limit against his/her utility bill payments or FASTag recharges within an year then for making other payments he/she needs to renew with the same amount Rs 350/- and another Rs 50000/- Nil charges limit will be added in customers’ profile, so that he/she can start using the services without any extra charges. On the anniversary date (Signup/Registration date), this limit will automatically change to Rs 50000/-

• Case 3- Customer used Rs 50000/- NIL charges limit against his/her utility bill payments or FASTag recharges within an year then for making other payments he/she needs to renew with the same amount Rs 350/- and another Rs 50000/- Nil charges limit will be added in customers’ profile. On the anniversary date (Signup/Registration date), in case Rs 70000/- Nil Charges limit is available in customers’ profile then the same amount Rs 70000/- will continue for next year.

In case FASTag recharge is unsuccessful it can be because of customer wallet limit restrictions or KYC, try for lesser amount or may be Vehicle registration number (VRN) not updated in FASTag wallet, contact FASTag issuer Bank to increase your wallet recharge limit or to update your KYC or first update VRN at SNS Pay and shopnservice.com

Registration fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable

Shopnservice.com and SNS Pay offers NIL convenience/Internet Handling/MDR charges on all transactions to all premium registered customers however biller can charge Consumer Convenience Fee over and above the bill amount.

In case you are making payment of Utility bills after due date Biller can surcharge to customer.

All terms and conditions may be changed without prior notice however updated terms and conditions will be communicated to registered customers at the time of changes as well as annually.
